Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Therapy Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing the therapy area and driving business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that effectively engage customers and increase product awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to stay abreast of market trends and customer needs, ensuring seamless execution of sales plans.

About the Role

  • You will imbibe product features, benefits, and scientific information to communicate effectively with medical doctors and handle product-related customer queries.
  • Utilize customer-focused selling techniques, continually assessing customer knowledge and strategizing to maintain high customer confidence and knowledge of company products.
  • Maintain current, approved protocols and promotional materials for sales presentations, detailing contact customers on a regular basis and delivering informative sales presentations based on customer needs.
  • Explore opportunities to develop new business in assigned therapy areas and achieve/exceed sales targets through effective implementation of sales promotion strategies and scientific initiatives.
  • Constantly update knowledge of disease and product areas to facilitate scientific discussions with stakeholders, enhancing productivity levels as expected by the Company.

Key Requirements

  • A degree in Sciences (B Pharm) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in articulating data-driven findings to various audience levels and translating these findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Relevant experience in therapeutic segments, including vaccine knowledge and selling experience at corporate hospitals with Pediatrics, OBGYN, Nephrology, Pulmonology, and Diabetology.
  • Language proficiency in English, with Kannada an added advantage.
