Job Title: Identity Governance and Access Management Specialist

Job Description:

  • Design, implement, and maintain identity governance processes to ensure efficient access control, segregation of duties, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Develop and configure connectors to onboard applications, utilizing out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2 and custom options.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate the capabilities of identity governance solutions to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of identity governance solutions, including SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining identity governance processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
