Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to join our team as a Social Media Executive. The ideal candidate will develop innovative strategies, create compelling content, manage impactful campaigns, and drive strong community engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for various platforms.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand tone and key campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and video teams to create engaging posts, stories, and reels.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns and boost strategies.
  • Respond to queries, messages, and comments in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships when needed.
  • Support live coverage of key events, campaigns, and announcements.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • A strong portfolio or links to managed accounts is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior.
  • Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, etc.

Preference will be given to those with a connection to Himachal Pradesh.
