End User Support Lead

The organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced End User Support Lead to oversee and manage the support operations for end-user computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing teams.
