Job Title: Hydraulic EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our engineering team as a Hydraulic Engineer. This key role is responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of hydraulic systems for large mining products.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop hose/tube & mounting bracket designs in Creo software
  • Implement hydraulic components, route, and integrate systems
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hydraulic schematics
  • Support prototype/pilot builds and on-machine tests
  • Validate hydraulic components and perform design calculations
  • Analyze bolted joints and perform FEA (Creo Simulate or equivalent)
  • Apply quality management standards, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and bill of materials management
  • Collaborate with global teams and suppliers to support new product introduction and aftermarket services
Requirements:
  • Proven hands-on design experience in hydraulics systems/components
  • Proficiency in Creo software and understanding of hydraulic schematics
  • Knowledge of material properties, hose fittings, and manufacturing processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
