**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at LAERDAL BANGALORE LLP. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, test scripts, and test cases to ensure the high quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test frameworks, test scripts, and test cases using Java or Python.
  • Identify gaps in our testing process and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product teams, to ensure seamless testing and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed and well-organized test cases, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Manage defects, troubleshoot, and investigate root causes, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and testing techniques to ensure our testing process remains effective and efficient.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a focus on test automation and process development.
  • Strong experience with Java or Python programming languages, including test automation frameworks like Selenium and TestNG.
  • Excellent understanding of manual testing processes, with a focus on quality-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with API testing, including microservices, Postman, Collections, and Newman.
  • Good working experience in CI/CD build pipelines, including Jenkins and cross-browser testing.
  • Knowledge of different testing types and methodologies, including Agile and JIRA.
