About the Role:

We're building a new arm of our marketing team focused on rapid growth. This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution to generate measurable outcomes.

You'll work across multiple brands, identifying high-impact opportunities, experimenting quickly, and optimizing for results.

This role is ideal for someone who understands great marketing isn't just technical or tactical – it's about creating energy, resonance, and connection that drive action.

You know how to harness digital channels to build momentum, attract attention, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth initiatives across websites, SEO, local listings, content, remarketing, and conversion optimization
  • Prioritize speed-to-experimentation and velocity-to-impact
  • Build and refine systems that generate and convert demand across digital channels
  • Design and execute agentic workflows that free up time for higher-value strategic and creative work
  • Work with agencies and partners, holding them accountable to real business outcomes
  • Surface insights through reporting, and translate data into smart, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal team members on high-priority projects across brands
  • Proactively identify emerging tools, trends (especially AI-driven), and strategies that give us a competitive edge
  • Build, optimize, and scale AI-powered workflows to accelerate content, testing, and insights, while continuously improving agent performance through prompt engineering and iteration
About You:

This role requires:

  • Experience in digital marketing roles where you owned or influenced results across SEO, paid, content, or CRO
  • A track record of identifying growth levers and acting on them quickly and effectively
  • Strong business acumen: you make decisions that align with growth, profitability, and lead quality
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and hold partners to account
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools to deliver measurable outcomes such as reducing manual workload, increasing content output, or improving lead conversion rates
  • Deep curiosity and initiative—you bring ideas, try new things, and don't wait to be told what to do
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward forward motion
  • Familiarity with programmatic content, digital PR, scalable local SEO strategies, and automated outreach
