Job Title: Lead Penetration Tester

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of security experts in uncovering vulnerabilities and building secure digital environments.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking, with a strong knowledge of industry-standard frameworks and tools.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive penetration test plans and reporting workflows.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments on new systems and architectures, identifying potential weaknesses and recommending remediation efforts.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for application security, network protocols, authentication mechanisms, and secure coding principles.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking.
  • Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST standards, and CVSS scoring.
  • Proficiency in tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Wireshark, and Kali Linux.
  • Experience in testing APIs (REST, SOAP), mobile apps (Android/iOS), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, CEH (Practical), or equivalent.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps integration.
  • Experience working with bug bounty platforms and responsible disclosure processes.
