HealthCloud Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the implementation of Salesforce HealthCloud solutions for our healthcare clients.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and mapping these onto HealthCloud capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows, experience with FHIR and HL7 standards, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and document findings.
  • Configure Salesforce HealthCloud solutions, including Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in implementing HealthCloud as a Functional Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows, including screening, primary care, and aged care.
  • Expertise in FHIR and HL7 standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification is highly desirable.
