You will provide administrative support to our founder and team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth execution across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily customer queries via phone, email and social media within 24 hours.
  • Maintain our brand calendar for launches and collaborations.
  • Coordinate with freelancers, including editors, photographers and creatives.
  • Keep inventory updated and assist with content uploads.
  • Manage influencer/brand collaborations and follow-ups.
  • Share weekly reports on customers, stock and key updates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, operations or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and reliable.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce is desirable.
