Job Title: Dedicated Support Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated support professional to join our team. As a Senior Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients, and handling customer inquiries and questions in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service by answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Fulfill follow-up actions to ensure that customer issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and work with management to find appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and make decisions quickly.
- Self-motivation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
