We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Associate - Management Accounts Service Delivery.

As a key member of our global service delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our management accounts services.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accounting services for our clients across the globe, ensuring all accounting processes are compliant with regulations and company policies.

  • Deliver high-quality accounting services to meet client needs and expectations
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks and reports
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Key Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good presentation skills and customer focus
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Word and advanced Excel
  • A self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work independently
  • Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Experience in SSC/BPO will be an added advantage
  • The incumbent should be a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA/Postgraduate with 2-7 years of total experience, including 2+ years of experience in managing accounts operations in shared services industry/captive/BPO setup
