We are seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to play a crucial role in driving business growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and execute initiatives that propel our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:- Qualify leads through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling
- Set appointments with prospects
- Generate leads through various channels
- Research and identify potential customers using various sources
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
- Articulate the IT product/services value proposition and negotiate initial objections
- Achieve quota of highly qualified leads per month
- Develop and maintain vertical/geographical territory
- Utilize CRM tools, email tools, database tools, and IT software effectively
- 1-4 years business development/lead qualification/telesales experience in a B2B outbound environment
- Domestic/International calling experience
- Fluency in regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, etc.)
- Experience in India, US, Europe, and other international markets for IT inside sales/sales
- MBA in Sales and Marketing is preferred
- Proven track record at achieving measurable goals
- Experience in generating executive level leads for Enterprise Company
- Self-directed and team-oriented work habits
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Good understanding of IT software, technology, and modern tools
