We are looking for a seasoned Automation Engineer to take on the challenge of designing and implementing cutting-edge automations using no-code and low-code tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools and a solid grasp of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML). They will work closely with stakeholders to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation where it yields the most impact.

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and develop custom connectors as needed.
  • Establish a centralized automation library – templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability across clients and internal operations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and structured thinking – they build clean, maintainable systems, not quick fixes. They will also possess strong documentation habits – helping build a library of repeatable automation templates.

Essential Skills
  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML)
  • Able to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking – build clean, maintainable systems, not quick fixes
  • Strong documentation habits – help build a library of repeatable automation templates
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience working with CRMs, marketing automation platforms, or internal dashboards
  • Familiarity with SaaS workflows, lead gen pipelines, or content automation stacks
