Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner - Open Banking to lead our newly established team focusing on Open Banking and PSD2 in Europe, as well as Open Banking in the UK.

This pivotal role involves leading the analysis and design of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with the strategic objectives of our banking clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations (such as PSD2, PSD3, Open Banking - UK and Open Finance), interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.
  • Producing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with the regulation.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
  • Monitoring regulatory developments, including the EBA's publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
