Innovative Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative AI products that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Create high-performance search and retrieval systems for Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Design robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of AI agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Familiarity with AI Agent Stack: LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
  • Familiarity with core technologies: Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm.
