We are looking for an exceptional AI Specialist to lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning models and pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in custom model development, training, and end-to-end pipeline creation.

About this Role:

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative machine learning and deep learning models for business-specific problems (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, etc.).
  • Build and maintain high-performance AI/ML pipelines using MLOps practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into products.
  • Ensure production-ready deployment and optimize models with advanced techniques.
  • Contribute to research initiatives and stay up-to-date with the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  • Document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing.
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
  • Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques.
