Job Title: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive export growth in South and North American markets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, importers, and partners for business expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation (FDA, USDA, INVIMA, etc.).
  • Coordinate logistics for timely shipments to global destinations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategy.
  • Collaborate with QA, R&D, and regulatory teams to adapt products for diverse markets.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions to expand global reach.
Requirements
  • At least 36 years of experience in export sales with a focus on FMCG/Food industry in the Americas.
  • Postgraduate degree in International Business/Marketing/Foreign Trade or equivalent.
  • Proven expertise in export processes, documentation, and compliance with relevant authorities.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish/Portuguese is an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, MS Office, and export documentation tools.
  • Ability to travel and work across time zones as required.
