Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • Design Solutions: Ability to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Leadership: Lead teams and deliver projects with a focus on high-quality solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical insights and expertise in D365 Finance and Operations (F&O), Morph X/X++, SQL Programming, and SSRS Reporting.
  • Customization & Integration: Develop in Dynamics AX to customize products, implement data migration, and integration with various business systems.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the Dynamics environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with AX functional teams and client IT teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Documentation: Follow best development practices and document technical artifacts required for the project.
  • Training: Provide mentoring and training to team members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of work experience in IT, particularly in D365 F&O.
  • Proven track record of delivering 3-4 large-scale implementations or equivalent projects.
  • Strong ability to estimate work packets and organize the delivery of solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in D365 Technical roles (preferably with Finance and Operations).
  • Solid technical background with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
