Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Administration Manager to join our team at Medico Hub Connect. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of our healthcare facility, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care, effective resource management, and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes.
  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and revenue management, to ensure the financial sustainability of the hospital.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth and effective patient care, and monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance the hospital's performance and competitive position, and supervise administrative staff to provide guidance on daily operations.
  • Manage facility maintenance and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff, and collaborate with other healthcare organizations and external stakeholders to promote mutual interests.
  • Implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes, and oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making processes with the hospital's leadership team, and ensure effective communication and coordination among various hospital departments.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership and regulatory agencies, and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage crisis situations and emergency responses to safeguard patient safety and organizational reputation.
Required Qualifications:
  • MBA in Hospital Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and their integration into hospital operations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build strong partnerships.
  • Dedication to upholding ethical standards and patient-centric values.
  • Certification in Healthcare Management or related areas is desirable.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
