About the Role:

Job Description

We seek an experienced professional to design, build, and optimize data integration flows using SAP DataSphere.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in system setup and management, including sizing, spaces, allocation, security, transport, and performance optimizations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and building BDC/Datasphere ingestion and transformation flows
  • Optimizing replication flows, data flow, remote tables, SQL views, and graphical views
  • Writing Python-based transformations and creating repeatable & reusable functions in SAP DataSphere
  • Integrating data from SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and non-SAP legacy systems
  • Maintaining and enhancing CDS views for efficient extraction

Prior experience with SAP Business Data Cloud, SLT, cloud connectors, DP agents, and SLT server sizing guidelines is highly desirable. A strong understanding of data extractions from SAP ECC, S4 into SAP HANA, SAP BW, AWS, Azure, Data Bricks, and other platforms is also required.

Requirements:

A strong background in end-to-end data integration strategy, ensuring security, scalability, and high performance is essential. Experience with API-based data ingestions and various connectivity options in DataSphere, such as Oracle, JDBC, OData, DataBricks, AWS/Azure/GCP, STFP, and others is highly valued.
