Program Manager Position Overview

This role focuses on the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for education to drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development & Execution
    • Design and deliver high-impact workshops, certification programs, and outreach events that align with our goals.
    • Ensure seamless logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Foster effective relationships with internal teams, faculty members, and external partners through regular communication and collaboration.
    • Build and maintain active dialogue with participants, mentors, and partners to ensure mutual understanding and support.
  • Operations & Reporting
    • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes.
    • Develop and maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation compliance to track progress and evaluate success.
  • Content & Communication Support
    • Assist in creating engaging outreach materials, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates that effectively convey our message.
    • Collaborate with design and media teams to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Tech Platform Coordination
    • Work closely with IT and platform vendors to manage learning management systems (LMS), registration portals, and feedback tools.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues during program rollout to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation
    • Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and assess program impact to identify areas for improvement.
    • Use participant and stakeholder input to recommend enhancements and optimize future programs.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
    • At least 2 years' experience in program/project management, preferably in education or outreach.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and LMS/project management tools.
