Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of web platforms, digital campaigns and microsites using modern frameworks like React and Vue.
  • Build launch and optimize HTML5 banners and display ad experiences across multiple formats and sizes.
  • Develop and manage WordPress-based campaign microsites including theme creation plugin customization and performance optimization.
  • Prototype and build AI-integrated tools and experiences using OpenAI and other generative AI platforms.
  • Ongoing workflow improvements ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Translate design thinking into interactive MVPs tools or platforms.
  • Build animations and transitions for slick UI/UX using Lottie GSAP or custom SVG/CSS animations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in creative technology digital production or web development roles.
  • Expertise in HTML CSS JavaScript with hands-on React.js or other component-based front-end frameworks.
  • Proven experience in WordPress development including custom theme building plugin integration and optimization.
  • Strong experience with Webflow Framer or low-code/no-code tools for prototyping and deploying microsites or digital stories.
  • Proven track record in banner development including programmatic and dynamic formats.
  • Strong UI/UX understanding and ability to work closely with design teams.
  • Familiarity with APIs and AI tool integrations including GPTs image/video generation or conversational UIs.
  • Experience with animation and motion integration a plus.
