As a P4 Lead - Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and onboarding businesses, managing the sales cycle, and building strategic partnerships. Your expertise in B2B and enterprise sales will drive merchant adoption and increase payments processed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard businesses through connections with potential e-commerce merchants.
- Manage the sales cycle, including presentation, commercial negotiation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Build alliances with merchant partners through onboarding and strategic partnerships.
- Be the single point of contact for onboarded partners and resolve merchant queries.
- Conduct meetings with potential and existing merchants to drive acquisition and volume.
- Prospect and identify potential leads, build strong relationships with merchants, and drive merchant adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree with 6-9 years of work experience and excellent communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of the payments/fintech industry and experience in B2B and enterprise sales.
- Attitude and aptitude for hunting and farming-based B2B/enterprise sales.
- Initiative and flexibility to adapt to change and implement solutions.
