P4 Lead – Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard businesses by connecting with potential e-commerce merchants and leading end-to-end closure for payments integration.
- Manage the sales cycle, including presentation, commercial negotiation with prospective merchants, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely merchant go-live.
- Build alliances with merchant partners by onboarding them and striving for deeper relationships through strategic partnerships.
- Be the single point of contact for onboarded partners and resolve merchant queries, including operational, product, and marketing issues.
- Conduct meetings with potential and existing merchants to drive acquisition and volume.
- Prospect and identify potential leads, build strong relationships with merchants across the e-commerce ecosystem, and drive merchant adoption for the product.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree with 6-9 years of work experience and excellent communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of the payments/fintech industry, with experience in B2B and Enterprise Sales preferred.
- Attitude and aptitude for hunting and farming-based B2B/Enterprise sales, including sourcing, closing, and owning accounts.
- Initiative and flexibility to adapt to change and implement appropriate solutions.
