Business Analyst Job Opportunity

This role is for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis with international clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in Korean, for daily calls and meetings with clients
  • Experience working on enterprise software development projects with team sizes of 10+
  • Ability to transform business requirements into detailed software design

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and team members
  3. Conduct business requirement gathering and analysis
  4. Design and develop software solutions that meet client needs
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis
  • Fluency in Korean (spoken and written)
  • Strong international client-facing and collaboration skills
  • Experience working on Agile environment
