Appian and Database Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a full-time Appian and Database Support Analyst. This is a key role that requires expertise in maintaining, enhancing, and ensuring the smooth functioning of enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills. Experience in the banking sector is preferred but not mandatory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting application lifecycle management
  • Managing upgrades to ensure seamless operations
  • Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Bridging the gap between business users and technical teams

The successful candidate will be proficient in Appian BPM, SQL Server database management, Core and Advanced Java, JIRA, data analysis, and will have experience working with banking domain data. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
