ServiceNow Architect Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with at least 5 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems.
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of hardware asset lifecycle, from strategic planning and procurement through deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Prove expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom Application Development, Scripting (JavaScript), and best practices.
  • Show strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly as they apply to asset management.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
  • Deep and demonstrable expertise with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module.
  • Extensive hands-on experience and architectural expertise with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, specifically tailored for hardware assets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
