Strategic Paid Media Leader

We are seeking a strategic leader who can turn every paid media dollar into real growth opportunities.

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive business-wide goals through close collaboration.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL...) to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Run A/B tests to stay up-to-date on platform trends, tools, and paid media best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing with a proven track record in scaling high-impact paid campaigns.
  • A strong analytical mindset; hands-on with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • A clear communicator with strong reporting skills and ability to work during Pacific Time hours or based in California.
