Job Summary:

The Identity and Access Data Specialist role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Identity & Access Management – Data Services function.

This position involves ensuring native User data is aggregated to Onecert, monitoring data quality, and achieving monthly metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Refreshing User data to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/ Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extracting, sourcing, converting, and uploading User lists to Onecert.
  • Generating reports and adhering to established processes to ensure defined escalation procedures are followed.
  • Fulfilling requests from business stakeholders for User lists and SAM Documents.
  • Implementing Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborating with external teams for User list sourcing and working with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Mitigating risk pertaining to IAM process and supporting IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM process.
  • Demonstrating good working etiquette, strong teamwork, and communication to the team.
  • Undertaking periodical reviews and exercises related to Application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implementing enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
