As a data intelligence professional, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking insights from our recruitment data.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for creating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Additionally, you will monitor and analyze ATS and recruitment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Your expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Dashboards, etc.) will enable you to create comprehensive dashboards, summaries, and insights to inform business strategies.
  • Collaboration with internal teams will be key in supporting data-driven operations and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in MIS, recruitment reporting, or analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, and Dashboards.
  • Experience working with ATS data and recruitment KPIs is essential.
  • Attention to detail and comfort with large datasets are crucial.
  • No advanced SQL/BI tool knowledge is required, as Excel is the primary tool used.
