Marketing Cloud Intelligence/Datorama Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Cloud Intelligence/Datorama Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our dynamic team, delivering dashboard reporting and providing a holistic view of marketing performance for clients.

  • Work closely with our Australian team to deliver high-quality dashboard reporting, leveraging the capabilities of Marketing Cloud Intelligence/Datorama.
  • Manage data streams seamlessly, ensuring that data flows smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain complex dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama), utilizing pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama, including data stream management.
  • A solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Experience building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of data governance, QA, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional organisational skills.
  • A passion for data and reporting with a proactive approach to professional development.
