We are seeking a diligent Data Researcher to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and contribute to the success of our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data, supporting consultants with research assignments, and preparing trackers, reports, and updating them regularly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry into our database, following company requirements and proper skill coding.
  • Data Organization: Organize and maintain accessible data for easy reference.
  • Research Support: Collaborate with consultants to create compelling client pitches, including market analysis, competitor structures, organizational charts, and relevant research.
  • Project Research: Conduct project-specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information through online resources and internal databases.
  • Talent Identification: Identify target companies and candidates, and continually develop our internal database.
  • Executive Monitoring: Monitor executive moves and relevant press articles from the internet and publications.
  • Candidate Generation: Utilize our database and other analytical tools to generate target candidates for search assignments.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bright, articulate (oral and written), and well-presented.
  • Well-organized, calm, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a good team player.
