Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and independent consultant to lead implementations, conduct end-user training, and translate complex business requirements into functional documents.

  • Leverage extensive knowledge in garment manufacturing (or textile/apparel/retail/fashion) to provide expert consultancy during implementation projects.
  • Utilize experience in team handling of a good size, guiding and mentoring project teams to successful delivery.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for at least 7-8 years, building strong client relationships and managing expectations.
  • Able to give effective end-user training, ensuring client teams are proficient in using implemented solutions.
  • Possess the ability to understand client business requirements and prepare functional documents from them, ensuring clear translation of needs into solutions.
  • Apply basic knowledge of database and application functionalities to facilitate effective system implementation and troubleshooting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in implementation roles.
  • Strong knowledge in garment manufacturing (or textile/apparel/retail/fashion) is a must.
  • Experience in team handling of a good size.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English Both.
  • Basic knowledge of database and application.
  • Proficiency in providing end-user training.
  • Demonstrated experience in management level roles.
  • Ability to function independently with minimum direction.
  • Capability to manage time lines and escalations.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client business requirement and prepare functional document.
