Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Textile Designer to create original and innovative fabric designs that push the boundaries of fashion and textiles.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Design Creation
  • Create novel textile designs, patterns, prints, weaves, and materials that align with our brand's vision.
  • Develop unique color palettes and experiment with dyeing techniques, laser processing, and material mixing.
  • Research trends in fashion, textiles, and consumer preferences to stay ahead of the curve.
  1. Material Selection
  • Select suitable fabrics and materials based on design requirements and functionality.
  • Sources sustainable or innovative materials when necessary.
  1. Technical Skills
  • Utilize design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to create digital designs.
  • Understand textile production processes, including weaving, knitting, printing, and dyeing.
  • Generate technical specifications for manufacturers.
  1. Collaboration
  • Work closely with product developers, manufacturers, and marketing teams to ensure designs align with the overall vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand target audiences and market trends.
  1. Prototyping and Sampling
  • Develop prototypes and samples to test designs.
  • Make adjustments based on feedback and production feasibility.
  1. Quality Control
  • Ensure that final textiles meet quality standards and design specifications.
  • Address any issues during production.

  • Explore eco-friendly materials and sustainable production methods.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and innovations in textile design.
