We are seeking a dynamic and proactive client servicing professional to build strong relationships with clients, execute campaigns smoothly, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Establish seamless communication between our agency and clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Translate client business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing, including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage account profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations to provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
  • Hands-on agency sales/business development experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
