As a strategic data leader, you will drive the execution of an end-to-end data strategy and roadmap for Position Management in the HR organization. Your goal is to build sustainable data ownership and management capability.

You will influence the definition and implementation of Position Management ownership across the entire HR organization, enabling data as an asset to foster a cultural change where data is viewed as a strategic business asset.

You will be responsible for building definitions, standards, rules, patterns, hierarchies, and use cases for the domain across the Position Management process from source to target.

Additionally, you will provide expert thought leadership and apply broad knowledge to identify business needs, gather complex requirements, and define scope and objectives to make informed business decisions.

You will create solutions and recommend improvements to business processes using new data technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

As an expert in your field, you will work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues/problems.

You may provide direction to lower-level team members and be a key contributor.
