Senior Data Strategist

The Senior Data Strategist will be responsible for analyzing digital and in-store experiences, creating dashboards, and collaborating with technology partners to drive strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnership with developers to integrate data-driven insights into product development
  • Collaboration with customer feedback teams to inform product enhancements
  • Development of measurement plans and execution of data analyses
  • Creation of dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree is preferred. Approximately 6-9 years of experience in digital/eCommerce, analytics, or related fields is necessary. Expertise in web analytics tools, data visualization, and SQL is also crucial.

Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present complex ideas to executives, non-technical, and technical audiences
  • Demonstrated curiosity to take on complex projects and continue learning new technologies

Proficiency in MS Office core suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is also a requirement.
