Job Overview

MRI Software seeks a seasoned professional to oversee the daily functions of our Lease Abstraction team in India.

This role involves reporting directly to Senior Director of Support and ensuring seamless operations within the India Managed Services Global Delivery Centre.

  • Local Managed Services oversight: Lead the team and make strategic decisions to drive success.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Engage with Business leaders globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Global integration and standardisation: Drive global adoption of policies, standard operating procedures, and training/cross-training for India Managed Services teams.
  • Resource management: Work with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and effective resource allocation.
  • Strategic planning: Contribute vision and leadership consistently with MRI's Services strategic plans and objectives to deliver technology initiatives supporting organisational growth.
  • Process optimisation: Identify and implement solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Services Departments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years' experience: In Lease Abstraction or a related field, managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things.
  • Execution skills: Ability to take concrete actions to deliver and inspire.
  • Communication skills: Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Collaboration skills: Experience working with Problem Solving, Can-do Mindset, and client-centric focus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; Masters preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience.
