We empower QA teams to run test automation at speed and scale without coding expertise. Our platform allows everyone in the team to author test cases using plain English statements, which can be run across thousands of browsers and devices.

We are different from legacy test automation frameworks as we don't require knowledge of coding. This enables QA teams of all sizes to start automating their tests in weeks rather than months. Many leading QA teams worldwide use our low-code test automation platform to release quality software at speed and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute onboarding programs for new hires and upskill the team.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that adapt to product and market changes.
  • Align sales process with buyer journey, identifying skill gaps across the funnel.
  • Partner with leaders to define competencies, certifications, and success frameworks.
  • Support product launches and initiatives with relevant messaging and resources.
  • Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows.
  • Act as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, helping them grow and close better deals.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
  • A builder's mindset and enthusiasm to scale with a fast-growing company.
