Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist users with application cases relating to abuse, mental health, and trauma on voice and non-voice platforms.
  2. Conduct comprehensive user assessments, including evaluating symptoms, identifying risk factors, and formulating customised plans.
  3. Provide crisis intervention by offering immediate support and coordination for referrals as needed.
  4. Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available for their well-being.
  5. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including creating content.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
  7. Pursue continuous professional development through ongoing training and growth opportunities.
  8. Raise awareness about abuse, trauma, and mental health to reduce stigma and advocate for holistic wellness.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in psychology or counselling is required.
  • Candidates specialising in counselling psychology are preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathise with individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice is essential.
  • A deep understanding of mental health and well-being, along with a commitment to promoting awareness and support, is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
