Creative Communications Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled communications expert to drive our internal campaigns and strengthen connection across the organization.

  • Develop compelling internal communications that engage employees, embed purpose, and promote a positive company culture.
  • Collaborate with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling, as well as expertise in design tools like Canva, Corel Draw, and Adobe Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft Campaigns That Matter: Drive internal communications campaigns end-to-end – from ideation to design, execution, and post-campaign measurement.
  2. Design with Impact: Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools, like Corel Draw, Illustrator (Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus)
  3. Communication In Motion: Build organizational messaging in the form of videos, in the most creative way possible.
  4. Be the On-Ground Voice in Mumbai: Support local leadership with communications touchpoints, employee events, and activation campaigns.
  5. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 3–4 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling
  • Design Acumen: Hands-on with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator) is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop is a strong plus
  • Brand Thinking: Solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms or a related field
  • Ai Curiosity: Exposure to creative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E) is a bonus
