Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.

This role involves creating high-impact visual assets for client projects, including websites, digital campaigns, and presentations. You will work closely with internal teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging visuals and a good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

  • Create visual assets for client projects (websites, digital campaigns, and presentations).
  • Design branding materials including logos, typography, packaging, and digital creatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop design solutions.
  • Maintain consistency across multiple touchpoints.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital platforms.
Requirements:
  • 1–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing mockups, branding, and digital design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design; Figma/After Effects a plus).
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Positive attitude towards feedback and revisions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with 3D rendering or motion graphics.
  • UI/UX design knowledge (Figma, Sketch).
  • Familiarity with print production.
