About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned IT audit professional to assume the responsibilities of this critical position.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in delivering high-quality IT audits and risk management services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive risk-based audit framework that meets RBI regulations and adopts ISO 27001 standards
  • Oversee the engagement and coordination with outsourced audit partners to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver superior audit work products
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance and improvement programs, as well as facilitate internal and external quality assessments
  • Promote advisory services to support IT projects related to internal controls and IT risk management


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-12 years of experience in IT audits, preferably in the BFSI segment
  • CISA certification; CISM/CRISC/CISSP certifications are highly preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of key RBI circulars
  • Proven project and relationship management skills, with experience in managing teams
  • Critical thinking, analytical, data handling, and presentation skills
  • High energy, passion, self-starter attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
