Lead Analog Designer

As a Senior Design Solutions Expert, you will develop and implement cutting-edge analog design solutions for Audio converters in various market segments.
About the Role:
- Develop and design advanced analog electronic components and integrated circuitry.
- Collaborate with R&D and demand creation teams to define approaches and parameters for devices.
- Develop block-level specifications for designs and oversee their implementation in schematic and layout.
- Support silicon validation, testing, qualification for reliability, and ramping up to mass production.
- Conduct thorough tests and analyze data to ensure optimal methods for defined specifications and reliability requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with engineering teams within the product line, including digital design, layout, firmware, verification, validation, test, systems, applications, and marketing.
- Drive flawless execution and find innovative design architecture and solutions to customers' problems through creative thinking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Analog Design with a focus on Sigma Delta ADC or DAC.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience leading full projects (Chip lead) or Analog design lead.
- Strong understanding of signal processing and analysis techniques.

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
