Power Electronics Leader

The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of high-power conversion systems utilizing Silicon Carbide devices and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) technology for DC fast charging applications, solar energy generation, battery storage, electrolysis, and hydrogen production.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and testing power electronic systems for various applications, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Manage projects to foster innovation with cutting-edge technologies, guarantee compliance with industry regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Develop a manufacturing roadmap to support product execution and strategic growth.
  • Oversight of design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software, and integrated systems.
  • Cultivate and lead a multidisciplinary R&D team including electronics/Electrical engineers, Embedded Software/Hardware developers, and test engineers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics or related field; PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D management within the power electronics domain.
  • Proven expertise in product development lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
