Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM cloud, with a strong understanding of business processes and data flow.

The selected individual will be responsible for providing quality work products, operating independently, and performing complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow.
  • Provide sound domain knowledge in Oracle HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle.
  • Demonstrate good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Apply Soci t G n rale methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
  • Act as the Functional consultant on Oracle HCM projects, effectively consulting with management of customer organizations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences on Oracle HCM cloud.
  • Excellent configuration expertise on Core HR Configuration of Organizational Structures, Absence Configuration & Fast Formulas, Rules, OTL configuration, rules configuration, and OT calculation, fast formulas, Payroll elements configuration payments & deductions, Adhoc Payments, Payroll, Bank Accounts, Compensation elements configuration including allowance, bonus, etc., Oracle Journeys, Employee Self-service functionalities, Page personalization, Defining UX rules, Workflow, UI changes and custom alerts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
