Job Opportunity: Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a crucial position within our organization. As an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our offshore capability, collaborating closely with UK-based counterparts to deliver high-quality managed services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of payroll-focused support consultants, overseeing performance and development, as well as delivering support across Oracle Cloud Payroll and HCM solutions
  • Work hands-on as a senior Oracle Cloud Payroll consultant, diagnosing and resolving complex client issues, leveraging strong communication skills to partner effectively with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the UK Payroll Support Lead to develop a cohesive, cross-regional support function, aligning on service processes and client priorities
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud Payroll, providing deep expertise in configuration, processing, troubleshooting, and legislative compliance
  • Supervise quarterly Oracle Cloud release cycles, ensuring seamless deployment and effective communication of relevant changes to clients
  • Develop and coordinate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members, fostering capability growth and process alignment
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, maintaining clear, well-documented resolutions, and escalating to Oracle when necessary
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction through responsive support and proactive communication
  • Drive improvements in support processes, documentation, and internal tooling, establishing a scalable, high-performing payroll support model
  • Review and recommend enhancements from Oracle Cloud updates, prioritizing value delivery to clients
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support materials, championing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide strategic input into team development and structure, promoting seamless collaboration between India and UK teams

  • Exposure to payroll in various legislative regions (e.g., India, or EMEA)
  • Experience working in a multi-regional or global support model
  • Previous involvement in client onboarding or managed services transition projects
