Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated on-site resource to manage PR and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regular coordination with brand teams and execution teams
  • Capturing content as per the strategies adopted by brand solutions teams
  • Monitoring social media and other content going out for XLRI
  • Proactively taking pointers from faculty students and other concerned departments for regular PR initiatives
  • Monitoring quality checks of video or creative curation done by video teams
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, PR, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in Public Relations, Content Management, or Social Media Handling
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience in content curation, social media monitoring, and campaign execution
  • Ability to proactively gather insights and drive PR initiatives independently
