We're looking for someone to lead every guest's culinary journey with unforgettable experiences. As our Guest Experience Executive, you'll be the face of the restaurant, leading the floor team with warmth and championing guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Be the first hello and last goodbye, ensuring every guest has an exceptional visit.
• Lead the floor team, coordinating tables, keeping service seamless, and handling small issues before they escalate.
• Coach and guide the team to ensure everyone feels welcome and receives top-notch service.
• Upsell with charm, offering desserts, drinks, and celebrations that leave guests saying 'why not?'

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in restaurants, premium casual dining, or hospitality.
• A natural host who can light up a room with warmth, confidence, and solutions.
• Sharp under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced environment with 80+ covers.
• Fluent in English and Hindi/Punjabi, able to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Hungry to grow and take on new challenges as the restaurant scales.
